1 enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and adjoining dressing area

Additional Notes:

Full Kitchen: plenty of pots & pans, cookie sheets, wok, knives & cutting boards, kitchen towels and cloths, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and ample utensils

Pillows, blankets and kitchen linens are provided but you'll need to bring your own sheets, bath towels and beach towels. If this is not convenient for you, contact Sharon's Linens & Beach Rentals.

For your convenience, departure cleaning is included in our rates.

The house sits on the third row back from the beachfront, no more than a 100 yard walk t the beach and backs up to Davis Creek.

Children are welcome! We have an open back yard. Also, within a short walk there are municipal Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball courts, Soccer fields, playground and splash pad.

South facing, open deck on front of house. Additionally, sitting under the house in the shade is comfortable, usually with a breeze.
